Spiralogics BracketIt gathers the user's basic information when they visit the application. This includes name, phone number and profile picture of the users in order to improve the user interface. This data is primarily required for internal analytics and reporting, as well as to maintain the security and operations of our app. However, the profile picture is completely optional.

We store user access tokens in the mobile application which are similar to cookies, considering app will portray a user specific UI according to the available access token.

You may sign up and log in to our apps using the credentials from your third-party social network accounts (like your Facebook or Twitter logins). When you choose to do this, your social network provider will give us some profile information about you. Depending on the social networking platform, the profile information we get may differ, but it often includes your name, email address, friends list, profile image, and any other information you want to make public. However, in this app we do not ask our users for their email address.
We will use the information received for the reasons specified in this privacy notice or for other purposes made explicitly apparent to you on the Apps. Please note that further uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider are not within our control or responsibility. By using the Apps, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Apps. Most web browsers,some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
